Bookings at least 24 hours in advance of appointment are preferred.

Bookings less than 24 hours of appointment will require non-refundable prepayment.

Your treatment begins from the time of your agreed booking. Late arrival will mean a shorter treatment.

Cancellation within 12 hours of the treatment will be charged at 100% of treatment fee. Note that Robyn will send you a text reminder at least 24 hours before your treatment. Please respond as soon as possible after this text message should you not be able to honour your appointment to avoid disappointment at being charged for the session.
